Know the position before the decision.

QF Advisory Group is the advisory division of Quick Funders Inc. We work with owner-operated businesses on financial planning, capital strategy, and the ongoing counsel that turns a set of numbers into a decision you can defend — whether that decision involves borrowing or not.

01

Services

Three pieces of work, one financial position.

Most owners who call us do not have a numbers problem. They have a decision the numbers were supposed to answer: whether to hire, whether to expand, whether the terms on the table are worth signing. We build the picture first, in writing, then work the decision with you.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

We build a plain working view of the business: how cash actually moves through it, where margin is made and lost, what the fixed obligations already commit you to, and what the next four quarters look like under more than one assumption. You keep a model you can run yourself, so a hire, a price change, or a new location can be tested before it is committed to.

  • Cash-flow forecasting
  • Operating budgets
  • Margin and cost review
  • Seasonal scenario planning

Capital & Debt Strategy

Structuring the right side of the balance sheet. We take stock of what is already owed, size the real need honestly — often a smaller number than the one you were quoted — and model what the available capital actually costs. When borrowing is the answer, we prepare the file the way a credit desk will read it, so a reviewer can say yes on the first pass instead of the third.

  • Obligation and debt-service review
  • True cost-of-capital modeling
  • Lender-ready packaging
  • Term comparison worksheet

Ongoing Advisory

A standing relationship for owners who would rather have someone to call before the commitment than after it. Senior financial counsel on a retained basis, without the fixed cost of a full-time finance hire: a monthly view of the position, a second read on the consequential decisions, and a straight answer on offers as they arrive, including the ones we think you should pass on.

  • Monthly position review
  • Major-commitment review
  • Renewal and refinance timing
  • Direct line to a senior advisor

How we work

Defined scope. Written findings. No pressure to fund.

Every engagement is bounded before it starts, and the recommendation is yours to keep whether or not you take capital at the end of it.

Step one

Intake

A working call about the business, the decision actually in front of you, and what is already on the books. We ask for statements only once we know what we are looking for.

Step two

Review

We put the position in writing: what the numbers show, what the business can carry, and what the realistic options look like today versus after a few corrections.

Step three

Decide

We walk the findings through with you and lay out the options side by side, including doing nothing for now. You decide. If the decision calls for capital, we help prepare the submission.

Step four

Stay on call

Owners who want a continuing relationship move to ongoing advisory. Those who do not keep the written review and our number.

03

Who we serve

Owner-operated businesses with real revenue and uneven cash.

The work fits businesses past the startup stage that carry inventory, payroll, receivables, or equipment, and feel the gap between when money goes out and when it comes back in.

About the practice

Advisory kept separate from the funding desk.

QF Advisory Group operates as the advisory division of Quick Funders Inc, working from Aventura, Florida with businesses across the country. The division exists because the most valuable financial conversation an owner can have is usually the one that happens before an application, and that conversation needs to be able to end in “not yet,” or in something other than borrowing altogether.

So the advisory work is scoped and billed on its own terms. A review stands on its own whether or not it ever leads to funding, and we will tell you plainly when the answer is to fix the collection cycle, reprice the work, or hold the plan for a quarter rather than borrow against it.

  • A senior advisor on every engagement
  • Fixed scope and fixed fee, agreed in advance
  • Written findings you keep and can show a lender
  • No obligation to fund through Quick Funders Inc
“Nobody gets hurt by the offer they turned down. They get hurt by the one they took without knowing what it costs to carry.”
