Advisory division · Aventura, Florida

The cost of capital is a decision, not a rate.

QF Advisory Group is the advisory division of Quick Funders Inc. We work with owner-operated businesses on the questions that come before a funding decision: what the business can actually carry, what a lender will want to see, and whether the terms on the table are the ones worth signing.

Services

Three pieces of work, all pointed at one question.

Most owners who call us do not need more funding options. They need to know which of the options in front of them the business can carry, and what it would take to be offered better ones. We do that work in writing, before anything gets signed.

Working Capital Strategy

We build a plain view of how cash actually moves through the business: the collection cycle, the seasonal troughs, the fixed obligations already in place, and the real gap you are trying to close. From there we size the capital need honestly, which sometimes means a smaller number than the one you were quoted.

  • Cash-cycle mapping
  • Obligation stacking review
  • Debt-service capacity
  • Seasonal scenario planning

Funding Readiness & Packaging

Underwriters decline for reasons that are usually fixable and rarely explained. We review the file the way a credit desk will read it, correct what weakens it, and assemble the statements, reconciliations, and narrative that let a reviewer say yes on the first pass instead of the third.

  • Statement and bank review
  • Submission package assembly
  • Decline-reason remediation
  • Term comparison worksheet

Ongoing Advisory

A standing relationship for owners who would rather have someone to call before the commitment than after it. We keep a monthly view of the position, review obligations as they come up for renewal, and give a straight read on offers as they arrive, including the ones we think you should pass on.

  • Monthly position review
  • Renewal and refinance timing
  • Offer review on request
  • Direct line to a senior advisor

How we work

Defined scope. Written findings. No pressure to fund.

Every engagement is bounded before it starts, and the recommendation is yours to keep whether or not you take capital at the end of it.

Step one

Intake

A working call about the business, what the money is for, and what is already on the books. We ask for statements only once we know what we are looking for.

Step two

Review

We put the position in writing: what the business can carry, where the file is weak, and what the realistic range of terms looks like today versus after a few corrections.

Step three

Decide

We walk the findings through with you and lay out the options side by side, including waiting. You decide. If you want to move, we help prepare the submission.

Step four

Stay on call

Owners who want a continuing relationship move to ongoing advisory. Those who do not keep the written review and our number.

03

Who we serve

Owner-operated businesses with real revenue and uneven cash.

The work fits businesses past the startup stage that carry inventory, payroll, receivables, or equipment, and feel the gap between when money goes out and when it comes back in.

About the practice

Advisory kept separate from the funding desk.

QF Advisory Group operates as the advisory division of Quick Funders Inc, working from Aventura, Florida with businesses across the country. The division exists because the most valuable conversation an owner can have about capital is usually the one that happens before an application, and that conversation needs to be able to end in “not yet.”

So the advisory work is scoped and billed on its own terms. A review stands on its own whether or not it leads to funding, and we will tell you plainly when the answer is to fix the collection cycle rather than borrow against it.

  • A senior advisor on every engagement
  • Fixed scope and fixed fee, agreed in advance
  • Written findings you keep and can show a lender
  • No obligation to fund through Quick Funders Inc
“Nobody gets hurt by the offer they turned down. They get hurt by the one they took without knowing what it costs to carry.”
